Residential battery storage grant 2026
Non-refundable state support of up to HUF 2.5 million for a storage system, typically 5–10 kWh but up to 15 kWh, for residential properties.
Who is eligible?
- Owners of existing solar systems adding storage
- Owners committing to a new solar + storage system
- Priority for those who have already lost or will lose net metering by 2030, and residents of settlements under 5,000 inhabitants
