• Quote requests, contact: name, e-mail, phone, town, message – purpose: preparing the quote; legal basis: pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); retention: 2 years.
• Shop orders: name, billing and shipping address, e-mail, phone, order data – purpose: contract performance, invoicing; retention: 8 years (Accounting Act).
• Newsletter: e-mail – legal basis: consent, revocable at any time.
• Cookies, analytics: Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 anonymised traffic measurement – legal basis: consent (cookie bar).

Hosting provider, courier, accountant, online payment provider (OTP Mobil Kft. – SimplePay, once introduced), Google LLC (analytics).
